Competent Person & Forward-Looking Statements

The exploration results and conceptual exploration targets described on this page have been compiled under the supervision of AURX Metals' in-house geological team. Conceptual exploration targets are not Mineral Resources. The potential quantity and grade referred to is conceptual in nature; there has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource. All references to adjacent deposits are for geological context only and do not imply any economic association with AURX Metals. Forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties — readers should not place undue reliance on them.

Tanzania Portfolio Map

A Portfolio Spanning Tanzania's Most Prospective Belts

From the Lake Victoria greenstone gold belt in the north, through the carbonatite REE and niobium provinces of the southern highlands, to the graphite schists of the Mozambique Belt — AURX Metals holds a multi-commodity portfolio targeting the full spectrum of critical minerals for the energy transition, defense, and AI economies.

Energy Transition

Powering the AI Revolution

The global AI boom demands unprecedented energy. Training a single large AI model consumes enough electricity to power dozens of homes for a year. Data centers are projected to consume over 1,000 TWh annually by 2026 — and that number is accelerating.

Nuclear energy, powered by uranium, is the only baseload carbon-free source capable of meeting this demand at scale. Our Mkuju Corridor Uranium Project sits adjacent to the world-class Nyota deposit (156.6 Mlbs U3O8) in Tanzania's most prospective uranium belt — positioning AURX Metals at the nexus of the AI infrastructure build-out.

The Robotics Revolution

Our Minerals Power the Robotics Economy

Every humanoid robot depends on critical minerals we explore. Lithium and cobalt power the batteries. Rare earth elements — neodymium, dysprosium, terbium — form the superconducting magnets in every joint and motor. Nickel and copper wire the nervous system. Silicon-derived microchips process thought.

A single humanoid robot contains up to 40kg of critical minerals. As Tesla, Boston Dynamics, Figure AI, and the entire robotics industry scale to millions of units, demand for our commodities will surge exponentially. AURX Metals is building the mineral supply chain that fuels the robotics revolution.

Rare Earths: The Hidden Backbone of Modern Technology

Rare earth elements — a group of seventeen chemically similar metals — sit at the heart of nearly every advanced technology. Neodymium and dysprosium drive the high-performance permanent magnets inside electric motors, wind turbines, and precision-guided systems. Lanthanum powers nickel-metal-hydride batteries and refinery catalysts. Cerium is the polish in optical glass and the catalyst in automotive emission systems. Despite the name, REEs are not geologically rare — but economically concentrated, processable deposits are vanishingly few.

AURX Metals holds three of Tanzania's most significant REE-bearing carbonatite complexes — Wigu Hill, the Panda Hill Complex, and Nachendezwaya — together forming one of East Africa's largest contiguous REE exploration portfolios. As a non-aligned supplier positioned for technology, defense, and renewable-energy supply chains, AURX is building strategic optionality into a market that demands it.

Three Strategic Pillars

Critical Minerals

Lithium, graphite, and rare earth elements essential for renewable energy, electric vehicles, and battery technologies powering the global shift to a low-carbon economy.

Defense Metals

Titanium, vanadium, tantalum, and tungsten — minerals crucial to advanced defense systems, aerospace applications, and global security infrastructure.

Energy Minerals

Uranium, copper, and nickel resources vital for nuclear energy, electrical grids, and renewable energy storage systems.

Our Approach

Where Advanced Geoscience Meets the Field

Our exploration pipeline marries machine-learning-driven Bayesian voxel modelling — fusing magnetics, gravity, radiometrics, and topography into 3D mineralisation probability maps — with disciplined field validation: drone-mounted geophysics, soil geochemistry, geological mapping, and scout drilling. The result is targets with higher confidence, lower cost-per-discovery, and a smaller surface footprint.

Posterior probability maps fuse magnetic, gravity, radiometric, and topographic channels to rank drill targets and quantify uncertainty before a single hole is drilled.

Strategic Position

Tanzania: Gateway to East & Central Africa

Tanzania anchors East Africa's mineral trade. Dar es Salaam — the largest deep-water port on the western Indian Ocean — handles cargo not only for Tanzania but for landlocked DRC, Zambia, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Malawi via the Central, TAZARA, and SGR corridors. For critical-mineral exporters, this means direct sea access without third-country friction.

Combined with three decades of political stability, a transparent mining-licence regime under the Mining Act 2010 (as amended), the new Strategic Mining Investment Framework, and a Geological Survey holding modern airborne geophysical coverage for most of the country, Tanzania is the natural base for a multi-commodity critical-minerals platform serving global markets.
